TERMS OF SERVICE

Please throughly read these terms before ordering a commission or buying any of my creations (including adopts & customs). Failure to follow them may result in being blacklisted and not being able to commission from me and people im associated with. By commissioning me, you agree to the following...

I, as the artist...

- Have the rights to post the artwork on social medias, portfolios, etc.
- Do NOT maintain the right to use your commission for personal usage.
- Have the right to refuse any commission.
- CANNOT give refunds.

You, as the client...

- May not claim my art to be your own.
- May not use my art for commercial use.
- May use my art for personal use. (profile pictures, badges, etc)
- May post my art on social medias with credit.
- May request changes during sketch phase.
- May request only small changes on finished piece.
- May moderately edit my art.
- May request updates. (not too often!)
- May not remove my watermark, or ask for a version without it.

WILL DO: Anthro, Feral, OCs, Fanart, Light gore, LGBTQ+ or Alterhumanity related art.
WONT DO: NSFW/Fetish, Humans, Hard gore, Political/Offensive

How it Works

1 - Contact me with a reference and details of what you want drawn.
2- I will give you a quote (how much it'll cost).
3- If accepted, i'll send you a sketch for approval once it is finished. This is the time for you to request major changes.
4- Once the sketch is accepted, I will finish when you pay the full price.*
5- Time to request minor changes.PSA: I have multiple art styles, so you may specify which one you want.

*If you do not pay after receiving your sketch, and dont reply for too long, I will make changes to the sketch and use it for personal use (making it art of an OC, etc).

Design T.O.S

- Do not use any of my designs to promote illegal or immoral things (homophobia, zoophilia, proshipping, etc).
- Don't sell for a price higher than what you paid for unless art is added.
- Don't gift, trade or sell to anyone you *know* is problematic.
- I'd prefer if you don't immediately rehome or sell my design after you get it, but otherwise feel free to do so.
- If you dont want one of my designs anymore, and cannot/don't want to rehome it, please feel free to give it back to me!
